Town Centre Management Partnerships

The Nuneaton and Bedworth Town Centre Partnerships are dedicated to improving the vitality and viability of Nuneaton and Bedworth Town Centres.

The Partnerships provide the vehicle for town centre management in Nuneaton and Bedworth to be further developed in line with changes in local and central government policies. The Partnerships' structure provides clarity and autonomy enabling the board to develop initiatives in conjunction with existing and new partners which will benefit members and the town centres as a whole.

The Partnerships have a unique relationship with the local traders associations and joining the Partnerships as a full or associate member, offers a membership scheme second to none. Investment in the Partnerships will not only provide the opportunity for members to improve their own businesses, but will also provide the opportunity for funds to be levered in from various sources, ensuring excellent returns on investment for members.

The Board's structure ensures that at a strategic level the development of the company will reflect the elements of town centre management which will impact upon the future economic wellbeing of the towns. The role of the sub groups that feed into the Board is to develop specific initiatives of benefit to members and ensure delivery on the ground.

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has demonstrated its faith in the Partnerships and has allowed the Board to utilise a number of Council assets to develop the town centre offer and generate income streams. The partnerships are built on solid foundations will undoubtedly continue to flourish in the future with its shared goal of revitalising Nuneaton and Bedworth town centres.
